Issued to leaders who have completed up to 8 hours of continuing education through both firstmovr and accredited partner programs.
Awarded to leaders who have completed over 8 hours (1 full day) of continuing education through both firstmovr and accredited partner programs.
Awarded to leaders who have completed over 16 hours (two full days) of continuing education through both firstmovr and accredited partner programs.
Awarded to leaders who have completed over 24 hours (3 full days) of continuing education through both firstmovr and accredited partner programs.
Awarded to leaders who have completed over 56 hours (7 full days) of continuing education through both firstmovr and accredited partner programs.

LEARN
Attend firstmovr events live to receive credit hours automatically toward torch™ certification levels.
*You may also either watch the on-demand recordings of firstmovr events OR attend approved events live from accredited partners AND then email us with your claimed hours so that we may give you credit toward your next torch™ certification level (honor code in effect).
EARN
As you accumulate more hours of learning, you will qualify for and receive higher levels of torch™ certification and their benefits, including official certification badges, public recognition and other exclusive rewards.
